Who we are
Keeping imported cargo secure until customs clearance is complete
PT Cakra Artheswara Indonesia operates a Lini 2 temporary storage facility (TPS) in the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport area. We store imported air cargo transferred from the Lini 1 cargo terminals under PLP until Indonesian Customs approves its release.
Since October 2024 we have handled more than 23,200 HAWBs, most of them consolidated cargo and consignment goods from Hong Kong and southern China.
In 2026 we moved to a TPS Online system built for CEISA 4.0, so every cargo movement in our warehouse is recorded and connected directly to Indonesian Customs’ systems.
Our role
Where a Lini 2 TPS sits in the import chain
Imported air cargo does not leave the airport straight away. Between the aircraft and the importer, it waits in temporary storage until customs clearance is complete.

Pindah Lokasi Penimbunan: a Customs-approved transfer of the cargo to another TPS.

The cargo is stored, inspected if required, and waits for its release approval.

Once the release approval is issued, the cargo leaves for its consignee.
