Once the TPS charges are settled, we issue the delivery order and delivery note. The cargo is scanned out and the gate-out is reported to Customs.
Collecting cargo
What to bring
To collect cargo from our TPS you will usually need:
- The release approval from Customs (for example SPPB, SPPBMCP or PIBK)
- The MAWB and HAWB numbers
- Proof of payment of the TPS charges
- A letter of authority if someone else collects
- The driver’s name and the vehicle registration number
Contact us before you come if you are unsure which documents your cargo needs.
Document authenticity
Every document we issue can be verified
Our delivery orders, delivery notes, PLP letters and invoices carry a QR code. Scan it with a phone camera to open the verification page in our system and confirm the document is genuine.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a Lini 1 and a Lini 2 TPS?
A Lini 1 TPS is the airside cargo terminal where cargo is first unloaded from the aircraft. A Lini 2 TPS is outside that area and receives cargo transferred under PLP, so the airport terminals do not fill up.
How long can cargo stay at a TPS?
Under Indonesian customs rules, goods stored at a TPS for more than 30 days from storage can be declared unclaimed goods (barang yang tidak dikuasai, BTD). We recommend completing the release documents as soon as possible.
How are storage charges calculated?
Charges are calculated per HAWB from weight and days stored, plus handling fees as agreed. Contact us for a quote for your type and volume of cargo.
Can Customs inspect cargo at your warehouse?
Yes. When a physical inspection is ordered, Customs officers inspect the cargo at our TPS. We prepare the cargo and the inspection area.
How do I find out the status of my cargo?
Contact our team with the MAWB or HAWB number and we will tell you where your cargo is and its status.
A question about your cargo?
Give us the MAWB or HAWB number and our team will help.
