Facilities & Technology

A warehouse connected directly to Indonesian Customs

Warehouse CAIA runs on a TPS Online system built for CEISA 4.0: every shipment scanned, every location recorded, every document verifiable.

Warehouse CAIA

An import warehouse in the Soekarno-Hatta Airport area

Gudang Impor CAIA is the storage site of TPS CAI1. Cargo from the Lini 1 cargo terminals arrives under PLP, is scanned at the gate, then stored on racks and in areas recorded in the system.

CEISA 4.0 & host-to-host

Our TPS data is available directly to Indonesian Customs through five host-to-host services.

Customs can retrieve our data through five host-to-host services: package tracking, outstanding cargo, warehouse capacity, gate activity, and customs alerts and holds.

Barcode-scanning gates

Every HAWB is scanned in and out, including its seal and the condition of its packaging.

Gate staff scan the label of every HAWB. The system records the time, package count, seal, packaging condition, vehicle and driver, then reports them to Customs.

Tracked storage locations

Each shipment’s storage location is recorded down to block, row and tier.

Every move inside the warehouse is recorded, so the location of the cargo is on record, for inspection as well as release.

QR-verifiable documents

Delivery orders, delivery notes and invoices can be checked for authenticity by scanning their QR code.

The QR code on each document opens a verification page in our system, so recipients and officers can confirm the document is genuine.

CCTV monitoring

The warehouse and gate areas are watched by CCTV cameras.

CCTV cameras watch the warehouse and gate areas to keep cargo secure and support supervision.

Reporting to Customs

Warehouse occupancy and gate activity are available to Customs.

Warehouse occupancy and the movement of goods in and out are available to Customs through the host-to-host services and periodic reports.
