01

PLP handling

PLP (Pindah Lokasi Penimbunan) is the transfer of imported cargo from a Lini 1 TPS to another TPS with Indonesian Customs’ approval. We prepare and file the PLP application electronically, track Customs’ response, then move the cargo from the airport cargo terminal to our warehouse.

What’s included

  • Electronic PLP applications and cancellations
  • Following up Customs’ PLP responses
  • Moving the cargo from Lini 1 to warehouse CAIA
Warehouse racks with neatly stacked cargo

02

Temporary storage

Every HAWB is recorded at gate-in and stored at a clear location. Moves inside the warehouse are recorded too, so the cargo is easy to locate and its status is visible to Customs.

What’s included

  • Recorded per HAWB and per package
  • Storage location recorded down to block, row and tier
  • Storage charges calculated from weight and days stored

03

Consignments & consolidations

Most of our cargo is consignment goods and consolidated cargo: a single MAWB can carry hundreds of HAWBs. We receive, sort and release every HAWB on its own, as soon as its release document is issued.

What’s included

  • One MAWB with hundreds of HAWBs, recorded one by one
  • Release per HAWB without waiting for the whole MAWB
  • Supports courier-shipment release documents such as SPPBMCP and PIBK

04

Customs inspection support

When Indonesian Customs orders a physical inspection, we prepare the cargo and the inspection area. Holds from Customs take effect in our system immediately: held cargo cannot leave until the hold is lifted.

What’s included

  • Cargo prepared for physical inspection
  • Holds received directly from Customs through the system
  • Held cargo is stopped at the gate automatically

05

Cargo release

Cargo is released once Indonesian Customs issues its release approval. The gate-out is recorded with the document number and seal, then reported to Customs. The delivery orders and delivery notes we issue can be checked for authenticity by QR code.

What’s included

  • Release approvals: SPPB, SPPBMCP, PIBK and others
  • QR-coded delivery orders and delivery notes
  • Gate-out reported to Customs

06

Onward delivery

Once the cargo leaves the TPS, we can arrange trucking to your warehouse or address, so you deal with a single party.

What’s included

  • Trucks leave straight from the TPS gate
  • One contact from PLP until the cargo arrives
  • Schedule and rates to suit your needs
